Anchor Bay was founded by Linda (Lynn) Zmud, a seasoned healthcare and med spa leader who traded burnout for boldness. After nearly two decades in operations and team management, Lynn saw too many talented people stuck in chaotic systems—overworked, undervalued, and under-supported.
So, she created what she wished she’d had: a consultancy that blends heart, systems, and strategic firepower. No fluff. No corporate jargon. Just real solutions that actually move the needle.
